  • I do not recommend doing this diet. No hate intended towards Anthony but it’s not healthy to eat this little. This diet is probably like 400 calories a day which is severely under eating.

  • This year since October I decided I wanted to look healthier and look better. Ive lost 24 pounds since then without even meal prepping. My weight loss journey was through counting the calories I ate and I cut them to 2000 a day. Along with that I played basketball November through March so in that period 5 days a week I was working out to the max and cutting my calorie intake. Your weight loss journey doesn’t have to be perfect it just has to work. I ate out many times while still losing my weight you just have to learn self control and take it step by step. Love the work Anthony!

Side note: I'm losing weight right now, and you should really not say "no pasta, no potatoes,..." think about what you can keep doing for the reat of your life. This should never just be a quick fix, you will gain all that weight back once you eat normal again - this needs to be a lifestyle change. I've lost 40lbs so far and I'm not saying no to any specific food - I eat everything - that way I won't get back into my old habits eventually (which you will if you keep saying no to everything now!) Also, from what I saw in this video - you are most definitely eating too little food, your body needs energy to function and by depriving it of food it will store fat and you will not achieve what you want to achieve (yes, you might be losing weight rn, but in a few weeks your body will start to store that fat because it continuesly gets too little food and it goes into starvation mode) Please inform yourself a little more about weightloss - it's really important to do it in a healthy way and since you want to keep those pounds off - do it in a sustainable way!

    • Yes definitely. Eat more diff kinds of veggies if trying to lose weight and be full bc veggies dont have a lot of calories and they give you a lot of nutrients. Starving is not the right sustainable method. Just cut out the processed junk food. Btw I'm a nursing student who took nutrition

  • Drink a lot of water portion control small portions of food sweets you can have as a cheat meal every week or fast food as your cheat meal workout every day it can be circut training or cardio no sports drinks and a good 9 hours of sleep intermittent fasting wake up and skip breakfast to lunch not every day though

  • My opinion is that eating that little food is only temporary. Once you get to your goal weight I would really recommend slowly adding more food to your diet to maintain your weight.
